Personal Accident
Personal accident insurance can be taken out by a business or individual to cover the loss of life or limb.  It can act as a safety net if a private individual or a member of staff has an accident or illness.

If an employee is killed or seriously injured, this insurance can cover the costs incurred to keep the business running and help avoid employee litigation.  It can also satisfy obligations that may be part of an employment contract and can be an attractive addition to a competitive benefits package.

Hiscox has been writing personal accident insurance for over 30 years.  We are known for our expertise, quick response and turn-around time.  In addition, our experienced claims team and efficiency of settlement makes us a market leader in Lloyd’s.

We can also provide cover for key personnel active in war-zones, including journalists and aid agencies.
