Why do I have to send correspondence to a central email address and not directly to an Underwriter?

We ask you to use our central inbox so we can log your correspondence in our underwriting system and allocate it out to the correct underwriter to action. This helps avoid any delay in responding to you and helps us manage our work for you more effectively. If you do email an underwriter directly, they will need to forward your email to the central inbox themselves which slows down our ability to respond to you.
