Risk management consultants and surveyors
Risk Management Consultants/Surveyors undertake detailed risk surveys and advise clients about appropriate improvements to reduce the risk to their home/business. The risk surveyors visit both domestic and commercial properties to assess a range of risks from fire, theft, subsidence, flood and storm, to health and safety and public/employer liability.
The surveyors’ reports include recommendations and/or requirements, for example additional smoke alarms, installation of sprinkler systems or intruder alarms etc.
The surveyors keep up to date with all technical aspects affecting risks such as legislation and hazardous materials, so are able to fully advise clients how to minimise risk to their property.
