A dedicated claims handler
We know how frustrating it can be to have to repeat yourself to different people every time you call, so if your client’s claim cannot be settled immediately, you will be allocated a dedicated Claims Underwriter who will take you through the claims process and handle the claim to conclusion.
UK based specialised claims teams
All our claims teams are based in the UK. Individual claims handlers are grouped into specialist product teams, ensuring that your client’s claim is handled by experts in that area; whether that be high net worth, commercial, emerging and traditional professions, financial services, construction, technology or media…the list goes on.
