Can I put my client in contact with Hiscox directly?
If you feel it is more appropriate, you can put your client in contact with us directly. We are always happy to talk to insureds and will keep you updated on any developments as and when they occur.
Should my client inform their dissatisfied client that they have notified their insurers?
It is best to avoid doing so as this increases the likelihood that a claim will be made against your client. We will assist your client in managing the problem and in deciding on the most appropriate strategy.
What other additional information is useful?

Is my client allowed to make settlement offers?
