What is covered

broad civil liability cover – if it's not excluded, it's covered
rectification costs – due to problems arising during construction
any infringement of others' intellectual property rights
inadvertent breaches of confidence
criminal defence costs relating to statutes or regulations applicable to their business – such as Construction Design and Management regulations (CONDAM)
claims referred to adjudication under the Housing Grants Construction and Regeneration Act 1996
Breach of Copyright – we will pay the legal costs incurred for an engineer to pursue a third party that has breached their own copyright.
