What is covered

Our policies include a number of features such as:

broad civil liability cover - if it’s not excluded, it’s covered
automatic cover for referrals to arbitration, adjudication or an ombudsman
outstanding fees - we will pay outstanding fees where we feel we can avoid a larger claim being made under the policy
loss of documents - we cover surveyors for loss or destruction of a client’s documents or data
criminal defence - we will pay any defence costs if a surveyor is charged under any statute or regulation applicable to their business, e.g. the Construction, Design and Management Regulations (1994), until wrongdoing is proven.
