What is your minimum premium?
The minimum premium for fine art polices underwritten by Hiscox Insurance Company Limited is £350 plus IPT.
Where can I download, print and order Hiscox documents?
Proposal forms can be downloaded and printed directly from the website where all relevant documentation can be found in our document centre. Pre-printed copies of proposal forms are also available, along with other Hiscox literature, through the stationery ordering service.

Where do I find a direct debit instruction form?
Direct debit instruction forms can be downloaded and printed here.
Alternatively direct debits can be set up over the phone with our Direct Debits team on 0845 074 6726 - the person calling must be named on both the policy and the bank account from which the direct debit will be taken. Due to data protection regulations we cannot accept direct debit instructions over the phone from a third party.
Is a scanned copy of the direct debit instruction form accepted?
Yes - a scanned or faxed copy of the direct debit mandate is acceptable, as long as it has been signed by the client.
Can I set up a direct debit on behalf of a client?
We cannot accept direct debit instructions over the phone from a third party, however clients can set up direct debits over the phone with our Direct Debits team on 0845 074 6726 - the person calling must be named on both the policy and the bank account from which the direct debit will be taken.
We will accept a completed direct debit mandate form which has been signed by the client.
